Puromycin

Description

Puromycin is used for the selection and maintenance of eukaryotic cells that are stably transfected with vectors expressing a puromycin resistance cassettes.

Recommended concentrations are:
0.25–10 µg/ml for selection and 0.25 µg/ml for maintenance.
