Description

BioFlux provides a fully-integrated solution for running biologically relevant cellular assays under shear flow. The system utilizes Fluxion's Well Plate Microfluidics™ (WPM) to provide high content results from a convenient well-plate format. Precise control over shear flow enables a wide variety of cellular and microbiology applications which call for vascular emulation, mechanical stress, compound/buffer exchange and high content analysis.

BioFlux 1000 offers a fully-integrated solution for automated, high throughput shear flow assays. High performance microscopy components are seamlessly integrated with BioFlux controls to offer the ultimate in speed, precision and convenience.

System ships with:
· BioFlux Controller · BioFlux 1000 Well Plate Interface (24-well or 48-well)
· BioFlux Montage software (experimental control, hardware control, image acquisition / analysis)
· Inverted microscope and objectives
