Recombinant protein and virus production in synthetic media: Fecturin™

Description

Fecturin™ was developed for transfection of cells grown in serum-free synthetic media. It is particularly well-suited for high density cell culture leading to high levels of protein production. Fecturin™ is formulated to work in a variety of synthetic media and cell lines including HEK 293, EBNA and CHO cells giving you the flexibility to produce proteins in your desired host system.
Fecturin™ is the reagent of choice for virus production due to its ability to efficiently transfect most commonly viruses producing and packaging cell lines in synthetic media and in suspension if required.
Fecturin™ is totally chemically defined and does not contain any component of animal-origin.

FectoFly™ is a set of DNA transfection reagents dedicated to insect cells for high level production of baculovirus and recombinant proteins. They are also well-suited for high level transgene expression in insect cells.
