Outstanding DNA transfection efficiency
With jetPRIME™ transfection reagent you achieve DNA transfection efficiencies of 70-90% on common cell lines like HeLa, COS-7, HEK293 and CHO cells. Many other cell lines, as well as primary cells, are transfected with unusually high percentages.

Economical
jetPRIME™ is such a powerful transfection reagent that it only requires 2 µg of DNA and 4 µl of transfection reagent per well in 6-well plates. As a result, it is a very economical reagent.

Higher cell viability
jetPRIME™ is extremely gentle to cells during transfection leading to increased cell viability and improved transfection results.

Co-transfection of DNA & siRNA
jetPRIME™ is well suited for DNA and siRNA co-transfection experiments. It shows highly efficient gene silencing in a variety of cell lines with very low toxicity. Over 90% silencing is achieved in adherent cells, using 10 nM siRNA
