Description

SeaKem LE Agarose is ideal for routine analysis of nucleic acids by gel electrophoresis. Each gel sharply resolves DNA and provides consistent resolution from lot-to-lot.

SeaKem LE Agarose forms strong gels with low background upon ethidium bromide, SYBR® Green, or GelStar® staining.

LE stands for Low EEO (Electro Endo Osmosis). This property allows shorter runs while keeping bands sharp.

This molecular biology grade agarose has no detectable DNase or RNase activity and dissolves rapidly.
