LA PCR in vitro Cloning kit is an improved cloning system to specifically amplify the long unknown region on cDNA and genomic DNA. The kit is based on the advantage of LA PCR Technology and the used of a cloning cassette and primers.
As LA PCR Technology* provides the high fidelity, this kit reduces the introduction of mutations when cloning. By this kit, target long DNA fragment, such as genome DNA, can be easily obtained without constructing of a library.
