Description

The In-Fusion HD PCR Cloning Kit offers directional cloning of any PCR fragment into any linearized vector in a single 30-minute reaction. No additional treatment of the PCR fragment is required.

With In-Fusion you can clone multiple PCR fragments into any vector without subcloning, create modular expression vectors with interchangeable parts, construct seamless fusion proteins, delete and replace DNA segments, insert point mutations, or swap tags on a gene.

The In-Fusion HD PCR Cloning kit delivers greater than 95% cloning efficiency over a broad range of fragment sizes, even up to 15 kb.
