Each Total RNA sample is meticulously prepared using our proprietary modified guanidinium thiocyanate method, and each Poly A+ RNA sample is enriched for mRNA transcripts with two rounds of oligo(dT)-cellulose purification. We perform rigorous quality control tests to confirm that each preparation consists of intact RNA with virtually no genomic DNA contamination.
