QUICK-Clone cDNA
QUICK-Clone cDNAs are double-stranded cDNA pools from which you can amplify a gene of interest using gene-specific primers. Through direct amplification of a cDNA of interest, traditional library construction and screening can be avoided. Currently, QUICK-Clone cDNA is available for 70 different tissues and cell lines from human, mouse and rat.
A high-quality cDNA template is necessary to obtain good results from PCR amplification. Synthesized from high quality Premium Poly A+ RNA, QUICK-Clone cDNA is purified to remove residual RNA and size-selected to eliminate cDNA fragments smaller than 400 bp. The result is very pure, double-stranded cDNA ready for PCR.
Universal Human QUICK-Clone cDNA
QUICK-Clone II Human Universal cDNA is an optimized mixture of over 30 QUICK-Clone cDNAs from normal human tissues. It has been specially formulated for the amplification of full-length cDNAs representing the majority of human genes.
