The innuPREP PCRpure Kit is an extremely fast and efficient tool for PCR purification. The kit is based on a 3-minute two-step PCR purification procedure: just bind and elute. No washing and drying steps are necessary.

The short PCR purification procedure efficiently removes primers, buffer components and enzyme from the reaction.

PCR products from 60 bp up to 30 kb can be recovered with a high efficiency of 75 ­ 95 %, depending on the length of PCR products.
