Description

The innuPREP DNA Mini Kit allows very fast and efficient genomic DNA isolation from different types of
starting materials:
- Tissue samples (up to 50 mg)
- Rodent tails (0.5 – 1 cm)
- Paraffin embedded tissue samples
- Eucaryotic cells (5 x 10^6 cells)

The genomic DNA purification procedure is based on a new kind of chemistry that combines an extremely fast lysis step with efficient binding of genomic DNA on a Spin Filter surface. This is followed by washing of the bound DNA and finally eluting of the DNA.

The recovery and the quality of DNA are excellent.
