Description

The innuPREP Plasmid Mini Kit Plus is a modification of the original innuPREP Plasmid Mini Kit and is optimized for maximum yield of plasmid DNA.

The procedure allows plasmid DNA isolation from 5 – 15 ml bacterial cultures. The isolated plasmid DNA is pure and ready to use for further downstream applications.

The yield of plasmid DNA is typically 30-35 μg with a maximum of 40 μg.
