Description

The innuPREP Plant RNA Kit is optimized for fast and efficient isolation of cellular total RNA from up to 100 mg of plant material.

The underlying chemistry guarantees highly efficient lysis and effectively inactivates both endogenous and exogenous RNases.

Two lysis buffers are provided to allow you to process a wide range of fresh or frozen starting materials and species.

The binding capacity of the column is 100 µg. Actual yields can be up to 70 µg, but vary depending on the nature and amount of the sample.

The purification procedure is fast (30 minutes) and does not require any organic extractions or precipitations.

For optimal sample homogenization and maximum RNA yields we recommend using the SpeedMill homogenizer in combination with innuSPEED Plant RNA Kits. See the Related section on the right.
