Description

Thermo-Start® DNA Polymerase is available in master mix format for convenient, high specificity PCR. Thermo-Start® PCR Master Mix contains all the components required for hot start PCR with the exception of template and primers: Thermo-Start® DNA Polymerase, Thermo-Start® Reaction Buffer, MgCl2 and dNTPs at optimal concentrations. There are six different MgCl2 concentrations available and a choice of 1.1x or 2x Master Mix. Also available with an alternative High Performance Buffer for problematic templates.
