Description

With the Advantage™ RT-for-PCR Kit, you can quickly synthesize large quantities of high-quality first-strand cDNA from either total or poly A+ RNA. You can obtain sufficient amounts of cDNA from just nanograms of any RNA. Better priming Advantage RT-for-PCR includes longer oligo(dT) primers, which provide the most effective cDNA priming. Random hexamer primers are also included.

Advantage RT-for-PCR employs a recombinant RNase inhibitor to minimize RNA degradation.
