Description

Thermo Scientific Taq DNA Polymerase is a 94kDa ultra-pure recombinant thermo-stable DNA polymerase obtained by high level expression of the Taq DNA polymerase gene in Escherichia coli. This enzyme has 5' to 3' polymerase activity and 3' to 5' strand displacement (exonuclease) activity. It also has 3' adenylation activity. Thermo Scientific Taq DNA Polymerase is licensed and optimized for PCR and is able to amplify DNA fragments up to 6kb.
