Description

The Great EscAPe SEAP Chemiluminescence Kit 2.0 is based on our original secreted alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) enzymatic reporter assay, which does not require cell lysis. It has been formulated for even higher sensitivity and signal stability, while reducing the number of buffers from three to one.

The new formulation dramatically reduces the background signal, which in turn increases the dynamic range and improves sensitivity (see figure). The SEAP assay is linear over a 10,000-fold range of enzyme concentrations.

Furthermore, the robust signal is extremely stable over time, giving you a longer window of time to take your readings, for more flexibility in your workflow.

As a live cell assay, this kit gives you the flexibility to make direct comparisons over time or under different conditions, and to perform additional downstream analyses.
