Description

The Invisorb DNA Cell HTS 96 Kit combines the direct lysis of the cells for the isolation of genomic DNA with the highly efficient binding of genomic DNA on the membrane of the Invisorb 96 Filter Microplate without any hazardous chaotropic buffer component. All impurities are efficiently removed during washing steps and the ultra pure DNA is eluted in a low-salt buffer. As many as 192 samples can be processed in 1 hour using the centrifugation based procedure, yielding high pure DNA.
The Invisorb DNA Cell HTS 96 Kit can be used in combination with a centrifuge or with a vacuum manifold.

Starting Material: fresh, frozen human or animal cells, growing in 96 well cell culture plates.
