IRDye Secondary Antibodies and Conjugates

Description

IRDye infrared secondary antibodies are cross-adsorbed for multiplex detection and provide high specificity for any application. These antibody conjugates are optimized for high sensitivity and excellent signal-to-noise performance on LI-COR imaging systems, and outperform visible fluorescent dyes.

For the 800 channel IRDye 800CW secondary antibodies offer a wide variety of recommended applications, including Western blot and In-Cell Western. IRDye 800CW secondary antibodies can be used for 2-color multiplex detection in combination with IRDye 680RD or IRDye 680LT antibodies.

IRDye 680RD secondary antibodies are the most universally applicable antibodies for the 700 nm channel. Applications include In-Cell Western assays and Western blot. These antibodies can be used for 2-color detection when multiplexed with IRDye 800CW secondary antibodies.

IRDye 680LT secondary antibodies have been proven the brightest signal for Western blot detection in the 700 channel and are comparable to Alexa Fluor 680 secondary antibodies. They are an excellent choice for low abundance targets and can be used for 2-color detection when multiplexed with IRDye 800CW secondary antibodies.

Please note that 680LT is not Recommended for: In-Cell Western , On-Cell Western or small animal imaging.
