Description

The Bidirectional Tet Expression Vectors can be used with the Tet-On and Tet-Off Cell Lines to allow the simultaneous expression of two genes under the control of a single tetracycline response element (TRE). The vectors give you a choice of expressing a target gene and a reporter gene, or two target genes.
