Description

Tet-Dual Systems are based on an optimized internal ribosome entry site (IRES) that allows your gene of interest and an easily detectable bright fluorescent protein to be coexpressed from a single mRNA transcript. Two proteins are expressed simultaneously from a single bicistronic mRNA transcript.

High Inducibility
Very high levels of tightly controlled expression can be achieved even in simultaneously cotransfected cell populations and stable cell lines. For demanding applications, greater control and higher levels of expression can be obtained when the system vectors are transfected independently, and screening for optimized clones is carried out after each transfection.
