Description

Clontech’s Lenti-X™ High Titer (HT) Packaging System generates vastly superior titers compared to most commercially available packaging systems.

At titers up to 10^8 infectious units (IFU)/ml, you can often transduce an entire dish of target cells with just 10 µl of unconcentrated lentiviral supernatant.

There is no need to concentrate lentivirus, no need to transfect multiple plates, and no need for multiple infections of your target cells. The system gives you the power to manipulate the multiplicity of lentiviral infection (MOI) to increase the copy number and hence the expression level of your gene of interest.
