ProSieve Unstained Protein Markers
ProSieve Unstained Protein Markers consist of a novel set of proteins designed for accurate sizing of protein samples in SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. ProSieve Protein Markers can be visualized in-gel before blotting with SYPRO® Tangerine Protein Gel Stain without inhibition of protein transfer. ProSieve® Protein Markers contain 10 proteins with known exact masses of 5, 10, 15, 25, 35, 50, 75, 100, 150, and 225 kDa.
