Use with any Matchmaker™ GAL4-based vector
The Matchmaker™ Co-IP Kit allows you to quickly confirm protein interactions by in vitro coimmunoprecipitation using traditional radiolabel-based technology. The kit includes c-Myc and HA-Tag Antibodies. By precipitating both proteins with either antibody, you obtain further confirmation that your bait and library proteins interact. The Matchmaker™ Two-Hybrid System 3 Vectors already contain T7 promoters and c-Myc or HA epitope tags and can be used directly in an in vitro transcription/translation reaction.
The Matchmaker Chemiluminescent Co-IP System combines the bright fluorescence of the AcGFP1 tag with the sensitive chemiluminescence detection of ProLabel technology. It offers a safe, simple, and sensitive tool for investigating the interactions of fusion proteins expressed in mammalian cells.
