Description

Matchmaker Mammalian Two-Hybrid Assay Kits allow you to test protein-protein interactions in vivo in mammalian cells by performing a standard CAT or SEAP (secreted alkaline phosphatase) assay with transfected cells.

Because these assays are performed in mammalian cells, proteins are more likely to be in their native conformation; therefore, post-translational modifications and experimental results are more likely to represent biologically significant interactions.
