Yeastmaker Yeast Transformation System
The Yeastmaker™ Yeast Transformation System 2 uses the lithium acetate method for efficient yeast transformation. The Yeastmaker™ System is optimized for use with our Matchmaker™ Systems and can also be used for any plasmid transformation in yeast.
Each Yeastmaker System provides the reagents necessary for 50 small-scale transformations with 0.1–1.0 µg of plasmid DNA, or 15 library-scale transformations with 1–10 ?g of plasmid DNA.
Also included with each Yeastmaker System are a positive control vector, carrier DNA which can also be purchased separately.
