Simple green fluorescence microscopy

The Lumascope 520 offers you all features and benefits that the Lumascope 420 can offer you with additional green fluorescence options to detect green fluorophores, including FITC, Fluo-4 and GFP. If you don't need all three (green red and blue) filters the Lumascope 620 can offer you, than this is the right choice for you!

High resolution green fluorescent image capture

With the Lumascope 520 you can capture high resolution images in brightfield and in green fluorescence, due to the use of LED light sources, CMOS sensors, advance optics and a Semrock Brightline® Pinkel filter. Phase contrast image capture is optional and enhances visualization of your unstained samples.

Easy and fast microscopy inside incubators

All lumascopes fit inside cell culture incubators, tissue culture hoods, and environmental workstations, hereby enabling live cell imaging.

The power and control of your image capturing is done via USB connection: this facilitates rapid set up and easy use since your photos, time-lapse series, and videos are directly recorded on your computer.

The objective compatibility of the Lumascope 520 with standard lenses allows use of your own objectives.
