- Single-tube, 2-hour library prep
- DNA input as low as 10 ng
Sample identification with high confidence
The Accel-Amplicon Sample_ID Panel contains 95 primer pairs targeting exonic SNPs with high minor allele frequency (MAF) and 9 amplicons to determine gender. The power of discrimination of this panel is over 1 in 85,000. This makes this kit suitable for longitudinal studies and scenarios in which genetic fingerprinting is relevant to research design and analysis.
This is a complete kit that contains all reagents needed to generate multiplex NGS libraries compatible with Illumina sequencing platforms, including primer pairs and indexed sequencing adapters.
2-hour, single-tube workflow
The Accel-Amplicon Sample_ID kit uses a 2-hour single-tube procedure consisting of a target enrichment amplification step and an adapter ligation step. It generates the multiplex amplicon targets and adds a unique combination of Illumina-compatible indexed adapters, creating up to 96 uniquely-indexed libraries for multiplexing on a single sequencing run.
