The Luminaris HiGreen qPCR Master Mixes are ready-to-use solutions that are optimized for qPCR and 2-step RT-qPCR. The master mixes include a Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase in an optimized PCR buffer to ensures you PCR specificity and sensitivity. In addition, uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and dNTPs are also included in the buffer for carry-over contamination control.
The SYBR Green I intercalating dye allows for DNA detection and analysis without using sequence-specific probes. To set up your PCR reaction, you only need to add your template and primers.

The Luminaris HiGreen qPCR Master Mixes can be used in real-time PCR for the specific quantification of genomic, plasmid, viral, and cDNA templates. In combination with the optimized buffer, this product ensures PCR specificity and sensitivity as it detects single copy number targets and eliminates non-specific amplification and formation of primer dimers.
The Luminaris HiGreen qPCR Master Mixes are available with and without different concentrations of premixed ROX reference dye or with a fluorescein reference dye. Both dyes are suitable for most real-time PCR platforms.
