IRDye 680LT Secondary Antibodies
- Near-infrared dye that is highly soluble in water

IRDye 680LT secondary antibodies have been proven the brightest signal and are comparable to Alexa Fluor 680 secondary antibodies. IRDye 680LT is an excellent choice for quantitative Western Blot detection in the 700nm channel and its superb photostability makes IRDye 680LT the best choice for fluorescence microscopy.
IRDye 680LT antibodies are an excellent choice for low abundance targets and can be used for 2-color detection when multiplexed with IRDye 800CW secondary antibodies.
IRDye 680LT are well suited for use on the Odyssey® CLx and Odyssey Fc. IRDye 680LT is available in the following forms: NHS ester, maleimide, carboxylate, secondary antibody conjugates, and in labeling kits.
These antibodies are not recommended when getting up and running on system. Once established near-infrared protocols are optimized with IRDye 680RD, IRDye 680LT can be used to optimize signals in the 700 channel. Dilution range 1:20,000 – 1:40,000. Note: optimization may be required with IRDye 680LT.
Please note that 680LT is not recommended for In-Cell Western, On-Cell Western or small animal imaging. For those applications use IRDye 680RD secondary antibody instead.
