Affordable & Easy Small Animal Imaging: Pearl Trilogy

The new Pearl Trilogy Small Animal Imaging System is a simple, economical way for your lab to begin in vivo optical imaging, or to replace your current system. It offers affordable, reliable, sensitive and easy small animal fluorescent and bioluminescent optical imaging.

Easy, One-shot Bioluminescence Imaging

Compared to other systems, Pearl Trilogy bioluminescence detection never saturates:

  • You only need one image acquisition
  • You don’t have to adjust camera settings

And it's easy to use, so you can image without having a lot of experience.

Sensitive Fluorescence Imaging with Low Background

In the visible light range animal tissue strongly absorbs light and has high autofluorescence. To avoid this, the Pearl Trilogy uses near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence (680-820 nm). Together with unique FieldBrite Xi2 laser optics this ensures deep penetration of the tissue and the highest signal-to-noise ratios. With the sensitivity of Pearl Trilogy you can now detect smaller, deeper targets.

Robust and Affordable

The system is very robust and requires little maintenance. This means less instrument downtime and fewer headaches.

In addition, the system is affordable even for smaller labs.
