In cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), decrease of beta-Amyloid 1-42 (Aβ42) and a low ratio of Aβ42 to beta-Amyloid 1-40 (Aβ42/Aβ40), together with an increase of both total Tau protein (t-Tau) and phosphorylated Tau (p-Tau), contribute to the “Alzheimer’s signature”.
The antibody Anti-human beta-amyloid mab 6D11 specifically binds to beta-amyloid pathological related deposits, reacted with peptide fragment 1-11 of beta-amyloid.
Purified, in PBS w/o additives, frozen at -20°C, 12 months shelf life. Applications: ELISA, WB, IHC
