This fully chemically defined Serum-free Hematopoietic cell culture medium provides a balanced and nutritionally complete for a variety of cells such as tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), lymphokine-activated killer cells (LAK), and peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL). All X-VIVO media are free of exogenous growth factors, artificial stimulators such as protein kinase C, or undefined supplements. Completed with pharmaceutical-grade human albumin, recombinant human insulin, and pasteurized human transferrin.
